Cardiac arrhythmia is the diagnosis physicians give to patients with a heart rhythm that is too fast, too slow, irregular, or what I like to call 'other pace'. Symptoms vary, but the most common complaint is fatigue. People with heart rate and/or rhythm changes are just SO tired! Their heart is not pumping strongly.
