Bad heart rhythm

Went to the ER yet again today because my heart went into Atrial Fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) and would not stop. Soon after 7 hours they gave me two doses of a liquid that is meant to shock my heart back into a sinus (standard) rhythm. It tried, and virtually succeeded, but eventually my heart went to a bad rhythm. Ultimately they gave me some various meds and after 45 minutes it lastly converted back
